Studio Policies | Pilates Classes in Scottsdale

At TruForm Pilates, we are dedicated to offering outstanding Pilates classes in Scottsdale within a safe, focused, and welcoming environment. Whether you are new to Pilates or an experienced client, our studio policies are designed to ensure the highest quality experience at our Scottsdale Pilates studio, conveniently located in the heart of McDowell Mountain Ranch.

In Pilates classes, especially at our Scottsdale Pilates studio, it’s important to wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement and instructor visibility. To ensure your safety and to protect the apparatus used in our Pilates classes and sessions, please adhere to our studio policies by refraining from wearing any jewelry, including rings, bracelets, or watches.

Only water is allowed in the studio to maintain our studio policies. No colored drinks, such as coffee, tea, juice, or sports drinks, are permitted near equipment in our Scottsdale Pilates studio, especially during Pilates classes.

Before attending our Scottsdale Pilates classes, please avoid wearing heavy perfumes or lotions to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. Additionally, we kindly ask that you wipe down the apparatus after use to help maintain a clean space in line with our studio policies.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session for our Pilates classes. Please be aware that late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a full session charge, in accordance with our studio policies.

Please silence or turn off mobile phones during sessions to maintain a respectful and quiet atmosphere for all clients attending Pilates classes in Scottsdale. Adhering to our studio policies ensures a positive experience for everyone.
